Pro: You have total privacy. You can walk around your house in whatever state of dress/undress you want. You don't have to close the bathroom door if you don't want.
Con: Sometimes you forget the rules for being around other people. You walk into public bathroom stalls and forget to close the them too.

Pretty funny Ruth! The sad thing- once you have kids you no longer close the bathroom door either- or if you do dare to, it is soon opened by your two year old who has no concept of Mom's privacy- or anyone elses you realize when they look under the door of people who DO remember to shut bathroom stall doors.
