For a couple of weeks now I've been feeling the need to add to my blog--part guilt, part desire to share all the fun and amazing things that I've been doing. I'm still not up to writing real entries, but I've decide to post a partial update. So, here goes.
After the wonderful Boone Reunion (which you can see in part here and here), I did a little more studying. Then headed down to Tucson. Stayed with my cousin, Leann, and had tons of fun. Also took the bar exam. I have no idea how I did on it; can't say I for sure failed or that I for sure passed. I'll know in October and most likely I will tell you then. So relieved to have that over. Played in Tucson a little more, then headed up to Utah. Played with Johanna (and others) for a few days. Then up to Wyoming to help Mother and Hyrum finish clearing out and cleaning the house. My family (consisting only of Father, Mother and Benson at this point) has moved back to Arkansas, where Father will be teaching at a different high school than before. They'll be 4.5 hours away from me (not the lovely little drive they were the last time we both lived there) but it's still much closer than anyone else I'm related to. So, no complaining. And they have alligators in the lakes where they live (Benson told me and I don't know why, but I think it sounds awesome). Anyway, I helped tie up ends in Wy, then brought Mother down to meet F/B. They all drove out yesterday.
I'm now in Duchesne--such a nice place! Today I took a walk in the cold morning, did a lot on the computer, picked several dozen ears of corn, had Keith look at my car (making an unpleasant noise), and am generally trying to get things caught up in my life and trying to figure out what I'm doing for the next few weeks. After I've filled my need for playing/visiting I will head back out to Rogers to get back to work. Yesterday, among other things, I talked to every single member of my immediate family, minus the two missionaries. It was lovely.
Yes, there are a million more things I could write about and one of these days I will once again write interesting entries. But, in case you were wondering what I'm doing there it is.

Wow, alligators! Is that South, towards Louisiana?

I can't believe you don't get results back until October. That seems like a really long time. I'd like to know more about why Wyoming didn't work out for your parents. I'll have to call you sometime to really catch up on things. The Nauvoo post is up on my blog since I know you were interested in it.

Ruth! I thought I would check in on you and see how you are! I didn't realize you are just up the road (sort of!) It sounds like you are doing great and I'm sure you did great on the bar! Hope to run into you in the near future. Love, Bonnie
