I made it out of Boston just in time (well, okay, with a couple of days to spare). They got plastered, as you already know if you read/watch the news. Here in Vermont, on the other hand, we got a nice little snow storm (6-8"). I feel a little gleeful about it. Partially because I'm just so happy not to have to deal with that mess and partially because of all the comments from friends and acquaintances about me going to the ice and snow and cold (it is cold, don't get me wrong). Not me this time. :)
