Today a dear friend of mine is getting married. In honor of that occasion, I'm posting pictures of our finest bonding week: Girl's Camp.
I originally met and worked with Michele because she did FHE in one of the other wards, so we coordinated tri-ward FHEs together. And I thought she was pretty nice.
Then we spent a week of Girl's Camp together. And know I know she's amazing. In a lot of ways. Literally, she is funny and fun and spiritual and patient and lots of good things. She also held me together when I was emotionally and then physically falling apart (did I ever write about Girl's Camp? How our whole cabin got really sick. Some girls home sick. Some of us (like me) too stubborn to go home.) Anyway, she made it possible.
Sadly, I can't find the pictures that I thought I had (she must have?) of us playing in the rain/washing our hair in the rain. We hadn't had running water for 24 hours and there was a nice, warm rain--wouldn't you? The hose at the same field only made things better.
