I do not agree with many things he says, but understand many of his points. It was also useful in trying to understand why people won't for an LDS rep.
Many of you know how I feel about M.R.'s political views, but it does make me sad that his religion keeps people from voting. Anyone's religion, actually. Anyway, the whole article makes me glad people are talking and sad because so many do not understand what they could understand. What they knew and will know but don't right now. It always makes me sad and the article just reminded me.
P.S. Why in the world ARE so many LDS people Republican? I do not understand at all.
Oh, one more thing, I was excited because they put the picture of the Jordan River temple at night - so exciting because it's one of my very favorites!
